Ring Boxes

I am delighted to now also offer a small selection of antique and vintage ring and jewellery boxes. While some retain their full original lining, others have reached my workshop in various states of disrepair; missing interiors, crumbling padding, and threadbare lining. With an eye to salvaging as much of the originality as possible, as many functional components of the boxes are preserved wherever possible.

Using traditional materials and techniques, each box that undergoes any work has been carefully and sympathetically refitted with an updated interior to restore functionality while retaining the exterior patina that can only be achieved through a life well-lived.
To help preserve each box as a vessel for future treasure, each box also comes packaged in it's very own cotton lawn dustbag, in a complimenting colour scheme to the box, finished with delicate silk ribbon drawstring ties.
