Thinking about ordering a ring box for Christmas or New Year?
All orders are handmade in and ship directly from the UK - Check out the last shipping dates to make sure your order arrives in time!
If you are ordering a bespoke box and are unsure about the timelines below, please do get in touch before placing your order for further clarification.
In advance of the Christmas, please note there will be some delays to estimated delivery timelines as the Royal Mail will be experiencing higher volumes of traffic. I would strongly advise placing any orders sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment!
Shipping to an address within the UK:
Readymade Orders:
- Please place your order before 18th December for Christmas delivery
- All orders ship next working day for free with Royal Mail Special Delivery/Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
Bespoke Orders
- Christmas cut off for bespoke ring boxes is by Midnight on 4th December 2022
- Any bespoke orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas, please get in touch via email to kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com if you have placed an order after this date and require Christmas Delivery.

*Please note, all estimated timelines outlined below are purely advisory and may be subject to change over the festive period. I am unable to account for any unexpected customs delays.
Readymade/Vintage Shop Orders:
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for (Estimated 5-7 business days from dispatch, delivered by USPS or Canada Post)
- Please place any Christmas orders before 3pm EST, Thursday 8th December for next day dispatch (Friday 9th December).
- Fedex International Priority (Estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch - please allow some extra time as there may be unexpected delays over the holidays) Please place all orders before 3pm EST, Saturday 18th December to ship on Monday 19th December.
Bespoke Orders
- Shipping with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for (5-7 working days) - last orders will ship by Friday 9th December. As there is up to a two week lead time on all bespoke orders, unless otherwise discussed, all bespoke orders with this shipping service must be placed by 11pm EST, Friday 25th November. Any orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas.
- Fedex International Priority (Estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch - please allow some extra time as there may be unexpected delays over the holidays) Please place all orders before 3pm EST, Saturday 4th December
