SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed your order via the website, please allow 2 business days for your ring box to ship (if purchased from the 'Readymade' section, for bespoke orders please allow up to two weeks before dispatch). 

  • FOR UK CUSTOMERS 

Currently I am offering free shipping on all UK orders! Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. You will be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. To track your order please enter your tracking number at: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

  • FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Services, handing over to USPS (or equivalent depending on region), or Fedex International Priority depending on your selection at checkout. You will be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If your country is not available at checkout, please do get in touch and I will verify and arrange shipping for you. A signature is sometimes required upon delivery, so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your order*. 

(Please note that these are estimated provided by the courier companies and I cannot guarantee shipping times)

Royal Mail International Services (Tracked and Signed, or Tracked only) 5-7 working days

Fedex International Priority: USA/Canada: 1-3 working days

Please note, all International Duties, Tariffs and Taxes, are payable by the receiver.

For bespoke orders, please consider that there is an additional 2-3 week wait while your item is made (up to 2 boxes, for larger orders, an extended lead time will be confirmed prior to placing your order. For more information on lead times for large orders please contact kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com). Express orders are sometimes available, for further details on this, please do get in touch.

For orders shipping Internationally and required before a specific date, I would strongly advise opting for Fedex International Priority at checkout. While I do my very best to make sure all orders arrive in time for a special occasion, there can occasionally be delays via customs.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EU

Due to recent changes in EU packaging laws (1st July 2022) I am currently unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Germany

  • France

  • Spain

  • Portugal

  • Latvia

  • Estonia

  • Croatia

  • Bulgaria

  • Greece

  • Poland

If you are unsure about shipping to your country, please do get in touch before placing your order.

 

While I endeavour to ship across the globe wherever possible, I am also unable to ship to countries that have restrictions/bans on the import of leather or textile goods. If you are unsure if these restrictions apply to your country, please feel free to get in touch and I'll look into this for you. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I hope you love your new ring box! However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, or wish to make a return, please do get in touch with kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com within 30 days of the date that you received your order. A full refund will be issued if the piece is kept in unused condition within it's the original packaging. 

 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on any ring boxes, and that custom order boxes are non-refundable. However, if for any reason there is an issue, or if you are dissatisfied with your custom order, please do get in touch via email to kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com, or via DM to @kitty.baxter on Instagram for further support.

To return your ring box, please first check that the ring box does not contain any of your own rings, and re-package the ring box with it's dustbag, and mailer box so that it is protected during transit. Please also make sure to include a copy of your invoice within the package. 

  • RETURNS ADDRESS

Please address all returns to the address on the accompanying paperwork.

I would strongly advise where possible, to opt for tracking on your returned package as Kitty Baxter is unable to assume responsibility for products lost by delivery services during the returns process. Due to the reduced shipping rates offered on my products, any return shipping charges incurred are unfortunately non-refundable. I do not offer pre-paid shipping return labels. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.

It can take up to 14 working days for your returned package to be received and I'll send you an email to let you know that it has reached us and your refund has been processed. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account.
